Spring Tea - Martha's Tea Garden
On Saturday 9 October 2010, Drieks Willemse (workshop manager, Lewensruimte) addressed a group of ladies from Worcester-Oos DR Church Congregtion at a Spring Tea held in Martha’s Tea Garden.
The theme was: Lewensruimte for the Deaf workshops, who they are and what the multi-disabled do there. She focused on the word THANKFUL and the fact that we all have a talent for GIVING or SUPPORTING, not only money but also our time.
Mrs Piek, manager of Deaf Nursery also delivered an interesting talk about plants.
Mrs L le Roux, manager of the Beauty Salon gave an interesting talk. The new salon is truly an asset for the ladies in Worcester!
It was a splendidly successful event and NID has good reason to be proud of its’ three Business Training Units.
