Qua-Qua Outreach

Day 14 (Monday 24 May)

We are on our way to Worcester from Bloemfontein. The two Malawians have joined us after two months. Thank God for that and pray for God’s favour on our journey.

Day 13 (Sunday 23 May)

Last day. Thanksgiving and worship is our song. Thank you for your prayers. It made a difference to the people of Qwa Qwa. After Pentecost and Lord Supper we are on our way to Bloemfontein.

Day 12 (Saturday 22 May)

The girls of one of the hostels asked for more information regarding abortion and so forth. The girls in our team talked to them till 20:00 yesterday evening. The need for information is great. Pray for us, we are preparing for the Lord’s Supper and Pentecost service tomorrow. Everyone is in good spirits.

Day 11 (Friday 21 May)

We are thankful today that we could bring the Good News to the Qwa Qwa people on serveral places and on different ways. All the glory and praise be on to God.

Day 10 (Thursday 20 May)

Yesterday’s visit to Bishop Tutu went well. Praise the Lord. Today there are 3 Preachings. Please pray. Everybody is well and healthy.

Day 9 (Wednesday 19 May)

Pray for the preaching of the Word every evening and the visit by Rev Mia, Phumie and mr De Villiers to Old Archbishop Tutu today.

Day 8 (Tuesday 18 May)

Today is Culture Day. A local pastor will be visiting us today. He will talk about what the Sotho people believe about Satan. We will visit a cultural village out of town. Thank you Jesus.

Day 7 (Monday 17 May)

This morning we have class and tonight we continue the Pentecost services. Please pray for the married students, they are home sick. It‘s Anthony Langwenya’s wife’s birthday today.

Day 6 (Sunday 16 May)

All of us are well. Pray that we will be bold to bring the Gospel through song, drama, Word and deeds. Thank you for your prayers. Services are at 9:00 and 11:00.

Day 5 (Saturday 15 May)

Please pray for the preparation of tomorrow’s two services at 9:00 and 11:00. Praise God that everyone is well. Hallelujah!!

Day 4: (Friday 14 May)

We proclaimed the Gospel to adults as well as children on Ascension Day. The DCMA team worked together in harmony. Praise the Lord. Please pray for Sunday’s worship – the people are hungry for the Word of God. Thank the Lord for a safe drive to Qwa Qwa.

Day 3 (Thursday 13 May)

We are attending the assembly hall this morning. Please pray for the preparation and the preaching of the Gospel on Ascension Day tonight

Day 1 & 2: Tuesday and Wednesday 11 & 12 May)

We arrived safely in Bloemfontein. Later we are leaving for Qwa Qwa. We thank the Lord that everything went well even though there were many trucks and roadworks on the road. We and the kombi and trailer are safe. Praise the Lord!
