History:
Victor comes from Malawi. He grew up in a Christian home where he learnt a lot about the word of God. This knowledge he has always shared with Deaf people. He spent the last couple of years in Pretoria where he was involved in the Deo Gloria Christian Church.

Vision:
To share the knowledge he will gain at DCMA with the Deaf people of Malawi, where there are no churches for the Deaf.
