SPORTMANSHIP ACHIEVEMENTS OF 2009

We are very proud of the following sportspersons and their sportsmanship achievements on the field.

• Leonildo Mateus
  Received an NID College Sport Achievement Award as well as an Award from the Western Cape Deaf Sport Federation for the Best Accomplishment for a Soccer Player in the Western Cape 2009.
  
  
• Ngu Isidore
  Received an NID College Sport Achievement Award as well as an award from the Western Cape Deaf Sport Federation for the Most Improved Soccer Player in 2009.
  
  
• Lungile Vilakazi
  Received an NID College Sport Achievement Award as well as the following awards from the Western Cape Deaf Sport Federation:
  • the Most Improved Athlete of the Year and
  • the Most Improved Deaf Sportsperson in the Western Cape.
  In September this year she also took part in the Deaflympics in Tapei.

Lungile this is really an outstanding sport performance. Congratulations to all our students!
