STUDENT DEMOGRAPHIC FOR 2010

NID College has seen steady growth every year since its inception in 2001. This year, 2010, we are continuing the trend with a growth of 15%. With six satellites operating in three provinces of South Africa, we are dedicated to providing exceptional Occupational Skills Training.

With students from almost every province, we are truly an accurate representation of our country’s demography. We are incredibly proud of our status as the only College for the Deaf in South Africa and Africa and we are bursting at the seams with our largest number of international students.

With students from countries such as Angola, Zambia, Namibia, Botswana and UAE (United Arab Emirates) we are truly bridging an educational gap and fulfilling a desperate need among the Deaf for empowerment through skills training.
